Bright, the house will be perfect for your getaway for families or with friends. The courtyard at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy the sun for a nap, an aperitif or a barbecue. Put the car down, access the shops, the beach, the fishing port on foot. The bike paths will allow you to discover the marshes between vineyards and forests. Victorine Market will feed you fresh fish, the vegetable market and small shops will complete your menus.

Studio with private entrance adjoining our house (we live there with our 3 children in joy and good humor, it is possible to hear them!) It has an attic bedroom (maximum height 1.90 m, minimum 1.50 m) Watch your head! Queen size bed (160x200) with new mattress June 2025. Accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase. A fully-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You are welcome in our studio to discover Oléron with peace of mind.

A few steps from the ocean, to relax and unwind, this comfortable and functional house will ensure a pleasant stay without hassle. The ideal location of the residence will allow you to quickly walk to the restaurants and shops grouped around the new port of La Cotinière. The geographical location of the village, on the central-west coast, will bring you all the practical advantages for visiting the island. House equipped for 6 people.

L'ânerie d'Amée

800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.
