Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Paul

This is by far the cleanest Airbnb ever. Since we are a group of snorers, we had to try out the 2 couches in the adorable nooks and they were perfect. Appreciated the electrical outlets. All typical travel issues that I usually encounter were solved here. Stay at Aaron and Colleen’s. You won’t regret it.

My family and I selected Aaron and Colleen as hosts based on their five-star rating and safe location. However, we received more than what was expected. The first day, we were met with a personalized note, chocolates, and drinks in the fridge, including homemade cold brew! Such a thoughtful touch made us feel right at home. We were busy with family activities in the city, so we didn’t use the Peloton, hot tub, or sauna as expected. Still, returning to immaculate, extremely comfortable, stylish accommodation was lovely. The mattress was perfect! We also enjoyed listening to various records on the record player while playing cards and board games; it felt nostalgic. We enjoyed our stay, to say the least, and hope to revisit our experience at some future time.

A beautiful and well kept home very quiet neighborhood, pet friendly we love the fact that the master bedroom was on a separate wing. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms.

Great place to stay! Easy to get around Minneapolis. This is the best stocked, most organized rental we have ever been to. Sarah has truly thought of everything to make your stay the best.

This well-equipped home is the perfect base for exploring Minneapolis. It's convenient to lots of activities and restaurants, but a tranquil spot to relax with plenty of space both inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Very fun place to stay! There was plenty of space and the pullout couch was surprisingly comfortable. The kids loved finding all the mini treehouses scattered throughout. The host stopped by and was very kind.

Amy Jo was a wonderful host and we felt right at home! The home was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy, and my little one had a blast playing with the toys and watching the ducks on the pond. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sasha is an excellent host. She was super helpful and responsive. We will certainly be booking with her again.

Very nice and cozy spot near downtown. The place was as described and looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was charming, and had lots of amenities. The kitchen had more pots and pans, silverware, appliances than I’ve ever seen at any other Airbnb where we’ve stayed. It was awesome!! Having use of the garage is also rare, and it was so convenient. We were there in the spring, and it would be really helpful in the winter. Kudos to excellent hosts for making the atmosphere so friendly and warm.

Very cute and peaceful place. It was very nice inside and easy to get to. If you have kids or pets it's the perfect little Airbnb. it has a very large backyard with a secure fence. It even has a swing set. Our dogs loved running around.

Rupinder is an excellent host. He has an eye for detail. It was nice to have coffee and cream, sparkling water, and plenty of other items in the well stocked apartment. Lots of comfortable pillows and the beds were excellent too. It was very quiet and we slept well. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Josh & Layl’s place is exactly the kind of quirky, character-filled place we love to stay when traveling. The apartment is full of art, books, and games. We are part of a large extended family and the dining table was inviting for long talks and laughter. The location was fantastic for us as we could walk to a cousin’s home and the Windom Park. Holy Land is always a favorite and it’s practically next door. 10/10 recommend.

The apartment was great! The neighborhood is very nice, beautiful, and walkable, very close to the university. The check-in was smooth. It was amazing for our weekend trip to the Twin Cities.

Very responsive host. Comfortable and convenient home in a nice neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. As someone who has lived in both Minneapolis and St. Paul, I love this location. 15-20 mins to pretty much anywhere you want to go and very close to Highland neighborhood in St. Paul, which means you are close to some shopping and restaurants. Mississippi Blvd has sidewalks within a block and a half of this home and it’s very close to Hidden Falls Park. Shower is awesome with great water pressure. Water does get scalding hot, so be aware of that. More of an awareness thing than complaint as there is nice hot water. Convenient closest with hangers, soaps in shower, etc. We would stay again.

The hosts, Katie and Curt, were very friendly and responsive. The hot tub on the patio was a big bonus. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and watching the trolley go by through the woods ($3 to take the short historic ride). And just a few minutes to walk to Lake Harriet pavilion to take in some live music or walk around the lake. I’m excited to come back sometime for this relaxing get-away!

Brooke was a fabulous hostess for us and a very prompt communicator before and during our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and check in was easy upon arrival. The check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. I would say the house sleeps 8 adults very comfortably with 3 fun bedrooms, a loft, and a dayroom off the pool; we squeezed in 10 and it was sufficient. We had plenty of bathroom space for all the ladies, which was a plus! The hot tub and pool were wonderful amenities. The price felt a bit high but it was a fabulous, well-worth it choice for our bachelorette who loves all things vintage.

Great location near trails, Cedar Lake and Theodore Wirth Park! Grace was very responsive with lots of helpful information! Easy in and out; it had everything we needed; Appreciated the large selection of coffee pods for the Keurig in the morning!

Great place. Eric had wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants and other things to do in the area. The yard and garage area were a hit. Very friendly host.
