I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

The dreamy covered veranda will be a favorite space outside But the inside is equally delightful, as guided my Mum and Pop's spirit of Adventure, and my childhood in Seattle. The full kitchen is fully furnished with most anything needed, the bedroom (queen bed/wardrobe, Living and Dining room offer options for entertainment, ample space for work, play or additional sleeping needs. This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
