Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

Located only 10 minutes from the airport, it's within walking distance to fun restaurants/bars/breweries and only a 5 to 10 minute drive to key destinations, colleges and attractions in St. Paul. The wifi is fast and off-street parking is free. Ideal for couples, solo travelers or small groups up to three.
