The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. Our cosy family cottage, Seafarers, is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the beautiful village of Kingsdown. It's 50 yards from the beach with a sunny south facing garden. The house is bright and airy yet retains a very cosy English seaside cottage feel. We love spending time there, especially our children, spending days swimming in the sea in the summer or sitting in front of the fire reading in winter. *we will waive our strict cancellation policy if govt restrictions forbid travel.

It's location makes it the perfect gateway to either London or Europe. Please note to keep my prices low, the price quoted is for couples sharing the main bedroom. If the spare bedroom is required to be made up, it is an extra £20 per night (with 10% discount if longer than one week).
