Elegant Duplex of 110 m2, on the ground floor, an entrance with guest toilet. One bedroom (Bed 180 x 200 or 90 x 200), with dressing room and bathroom. The first floor also houses a second bedroom, (Bed 160 x 200) with bathroom consisting of a shower and toilet. a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
