A haven of peace nestled between the lake and the mountains, our 170 m² family villa is situated in Doussard, at the southern end of Lake Annecy, in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

Located in Thollon-les-Mémises at Grand Roc (altitude 1050 m), 2 km from the resort. Its privileged position "without vis-à-vis" offers a stunning view of Lake Geneva. Ideal for enjoying snow and skiing in winter, hiking in the mountains, and the lake in summer. This chalet will appeal to mountain lovers who enjoy being away from the noise and immersed in nature.

Welcome to our comfortable, fully-equipped chalet in Chamonix with stunning mountain views. This modern, newly-built chalet has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room are on the 1st floor, as is the large bedroom with balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor.
