A place in the countryside, just beautiful!! Everything is great! The studio is cozy, very well arranged with an amazing view! The wellness area is just great!!! Relaxation and rest guaranteed!! WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

Beautiful house, an exceptional garden, we can only admire the gardener's work. All the little touches, games for children, products available in bathrooms, everything was perfect for an exceptional stay. Impeccable pool. Thank you, we'll be back with pleasure.

Beautiful cottage recently built with taste. With views of the valley and mountains. Lots of space for a bedroom. Hubert is very friendly, it's nice to chat with him. The chalet is 10 minutes from the city center and the gondola.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very well located and has a terrace that adds to the rental. Anne is a very responsive host to requests and gave us some great information. The place is quiet and relaxing with the lake nearby. We loved discovering Annecy and its surroundings. We highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to rent it again if we return to the area.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains.
