Very friendly host, very responsive, flexible check-in and checkout. Apartment in a great location, I'm not even sure it's 200m from the beach. On the first floor, with parking space. Very nice small balcony, very charming decor of the apartment. Anything described in the listing, is there. If we go back to Saint Jean de Monts and the apartment is available, it's the one we will take without hesitation. Great value for money. Thank you Anaïs

Florestan and his mother Christelle were amazing hosts! We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. It was modern and spotless and we loved how central to everything it was. Both Florestan and his mother helped us so much and were always available whenever we needed anything. Thank you for everything ❤️

Very happy with our stay at Karine's!! Apartment in a nice residence overlooking the sea, quiet and easy to access. Functional accommodation and the big plus is the nice terrace. No problem parking in nearby streets. We recommend this rental, to which we will return without hesitation.

Excellent rental because of its location (close to the beach and shops). Private parking space, a plus. Communication was perfect and the listing description matches the condition of the premises perfectly. I'll be back.

We had a great time in this authentic and friendly house. It is full of character and allows sharing and communion to gather and exchange with family; the rooms are vast, warm and the garden allows you to recharge. We can enjoy it in peace , it is spacious and not overlooked. Claire and Kevin really very nice are available as needed . We had an extremely warm weekend,the house lends itself to it and we would all like to go back! We can only thank them!

Our stay went extremely well. Pleasant and functional holiday home with a magnificent walk in the old port and oyster park! Magali was responsive to all our questions and adjustments.

Wonderful stay at Franck's, Clean, well-equipped accommodation, super comfortable bedding, Franck's house is tastefully decorated, showcasing India and the island's artists (ceramist, painter, etc.). The accommodation is very well located in Port Joinville, in a small quiet and flowery alley. You can get everywhere on foot. Franck is a very responsive and attentive host. We highly recommend it.

We came with friends to spend a short weekend in the accommodation that Flavien (host) offered us. The place was very nice, peaceful and spacious. We were greeted with complimentary breakfast for the next morning, it was really nice of them. We would recommend it in a second if you want to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the sound of cars, as few vehicles drive nearby. A true haven of peace! The hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking there is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well appointed in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, sun loungers and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and it was safe even outside! Thanks again for hosting us, and see you soon!

Very pleasant accommodation with all the necessary amenities and impeccably clean, the coffee offered after 5 hours of driving was very appreciated. Our hosts were very friendly. I disturbed them 3 or 4 times and the exchange was superbly courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation which, with these hosts, met our expectations.

The apartment is located in the village of Golf, we specify golf - game with balls & golf clubs - and not the gulf - in reference to the sea - which does not take away anything: tranquility, proximity to some shops and restaurants, as well as a marina, very close to coastal trails and small forests for walkers and nature lovers... In summary, we really and sincerely enjoyed our stay "Chez Maxime"

The accommodation is great, clean and good surface area for 2 people. Its proximity to the beach and the small activities in the city center is really great. Jacques hosted us very warmly, with advice on the surroundings as well as nice restaurants, with very good responsiveness on my questions before coming. I would recommend it and would go back there without hesitating.

Great apartment, great location in the building with magnificent views nearby and shops (in the city and in the building) just a stone's throw away. The apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed.
