Very friendly host, very responsive, flexible check-in and checkout. Apartment in a great location, I'm not even sure it's 200m from the beach. On the first floor, with parking space. Very nice small balcony, very charming decor of the apartment. Anything described in the listing, is there. If we go back to Saint Jean de Monts and the apartment is available, it's the one we will take without hesitation. Great value for money. Thank you Anaïs

Lucie is very professional, everything went well without any worries. The accommodation is nice, despite bad smells in the common areas that are obviously not due to the accommodation. No complaints, the accommodation is well located 5 min from the city center. We will come back without hesitating!;)

Wonderful stay at Franck's, Clean, well-equipped accommodation, super comfortable bedding, Franck's house is tastefully decorated, showcasing India and the island's artists (ceramist, painter, etc.). The accommodation is very well located in Port Joinville, in a small quiet and flowery alley. You can get everywhere on foot. Franck is a very responsive and attentive host. We highly recommend it.

We came with friends to spend a short weekend in the accommodation that Flavien (host) offered us. The place was very nice, peaceful and spacious. We were greeted with complimentary breakfast for the next morning, it was really nice of them. We would recommend it in a second if you want to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. A perfect stay with girlfriends. The house is even better than in the photos, spacious, warm, very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bbq etc…) and above all very clean. It's really nice! Close to all amenities by car (10 min from the city center, shops and activities). Great communication with Vanessa. We recommend 100%

We were with the whole family (including baby and dog) for a few days in Anne's house. We had a very good time there and felt very comfortable. The house is well located and you can walk to the beach (about 2 km) and also jog in the area in the morning. Anne was always easy to reach and we were able to check in and out very flexibly. Everything was as shown in the pictures and very clean.

Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the sound of cars, as few vehicles drive nearby. A true haven of peace! The hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking there is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well appointed in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, sun loungers and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and it was safe even outside! We had a great time at Thomas's place in a peaceful, pleasant and green residence, located right next to a pretty little pond where you can fish and walk. The accommodation is convenient, well arranged, and the covered outdoor space is very nice. Shops nearby. Thomas and Emmanuelle are very pleasant hosts. An address to keep!

The apartment is located in the village of Golf, we specify golf - game with balls & golf clubs - and not the gulf - in reference to the sea - which does not take away anything: tranquility, proximity to some shops and restaurants, as well as a marina, very close to coastal trails and small forests for walkers and nature lovers... In summary, we really and sincerely enjoyed our stay "Chez Maxime"

Great apartment, great location in the building with magnificent views nearby and shops (in the city and in the building) just a stone's throw away. The apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed.
