Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

The 22 m2 accommodation is brand new, it can accommodate two adults. Secure accommodation. Parking space. Access to the beach on foot at -1 km, close to the city center about 600 m, jetty and nautical base at less than - 1 km, tree climbing park and tennis & paddle club at 300 m. Not accessible to PRM (Person with reduced mobility)

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Faces the sea with large balcony facing southwest. Second floor without elevator access. Equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need. A very nice bathroom with Italian shower. For the sleeping area, I chose a high-end sofa bed that ensures a comfortable bed and a very comfortable double bed in the sleeping area. Direct beach access without roads to cross. Close to the nautical base, thalassotherapy, golf.
