Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

It felt like a private oasis: quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Everything we needed was there, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The attention to detail and level of hospitality truly stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again and are already looking forward to our next trip back. Highly recommend!

Meghan was always responsive from check in to check out. The house was everything we wanted and needed. It was our second time there so we knew what to expect. It was even better than the last visit! The house had everything we needed. All we did was get our groceries and relaxed for the entire week. We’ll definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

Spacious and we liked the outdoor screen porch. Walkable to ice cream, gifts, and taco truck.

Beautiful well equipped home! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and woefully designed and clean. Nice views, quiet setting and a Great boat dock. Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was like a resort. We played in the sun and lounged. We were celebrating our anniversary and the host went the extra mile to make it unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

house was easy to find and in a beautiful neighborhood and you can see the pool and walkway to the beach. It was quiet and rules were enforced which is a huge plus for us to keep things classy. Furniture and kitchen were well equipped and comfy. Automatic privacy shades we were great for lots of sun or privacy when needed. The beds and pillows are Casper and we slept better than at home. Both showers have rain fall showerheads with lots of water pressure. (that's not typical on any island) big plus. We loved the stay and left feeling relaxed and would absolutely stay again and feel we got a lot for our money during the off season.

This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

Perfect place for our spring break destination. From booking to check out and everything in between we could not have asked for a better place to spend spring break. Even with less than ideal fishing weather, this great space made the week restful and relaxing. Boat lift was ideal, dock was HUGE, neighbors were friendly, and hot tub was a huge bonus after a day on the boat. House was amazingly spacious which allowed for an open feel. The decor had this cool vibe of old Florida with modern. Clean, well equipped and can’t wait to go back! Thanks Dana!

Just finished a 4 night stay in St. James City. Couldn’t be happier with responsiveness of the hosts. Tina and Kenneth went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The home was even more beautiful in person. My family loved the pool and dolphin sightings from the dock. We will be back for sure!

This was one of my first times at cape coral and this was a great experience for me and my friends and lynette was very nice and helpful 10/10 definetly coming back!

Amazing stay. The house is super comfy, we loved the hot tub spa, games in the garage, loved the kitchen. Everything was clean and a lot of light coming from the windows which we loved. We didn’t get the time to grill but that grill looked amazing too. Definitely recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Airbnb was great! The place is just as described and the photos don’t due justice to the beautiful water view. The house was very comfortable, clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. This host was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would definitely stays again!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect – just 15 minutes to the beach, yet very peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal mix of relaxation and good accessibility. We especially enjoyed the pool – such a great way to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!
