During my vacation, I had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic apartment that exceeded all of my expectations. The place was incredibly well-maintained, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet peaceful enough for relaxation. The host was very welcoming and responsive, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. I will definitely return to this apartment on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay.

An elegant and clean place with attractive views, and it provides most of the needs and is close to services, waterfalls and other activities such as the cable car

This place is beautiful, in the middle of a meadow, on the edge of a beautiful forest and with views of the mountains. We were able to show the farm animals to our daughter. In the large garden there are tables, loungers and even children's games. Thank you very much Marlène for hosting us!

Stefan's apartment is in one of the most beautiful places we visited in the Dolomites region — the surrounding landscape is simply wonderful and the people in the region are very friendly. Sometimes we felt like we were in a movie scene. It is located about 30 minutes by car from Lake di Braies. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: everything is clean, organized, new and very cozy. It was the cleanest apartment we've stayed in to date. The internet had an adequate speed and worked well throughout the stay. We had an excellent stay and we definitely want to come back. We will recommend it to our friends who want to explore the region. Thank you very much, Stefan!

Perfect place for all the main attractions of the Dolomites. Easy to reach by car and with a very convenient parking lot

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

Just WOW! The apartment was still brand new, completely clean, well equipped (dishes, cooking pots, cutlery, etc. ideal for 3-4 people). The highlight was the large and modern bathroom and the comfortable box spring bed. We were able to order fresh milk every day and even the rolls were brought to our door. The garden is super beautiful, great view and absolutely quiet. For our son, there was a soccer goal, balls, tennis rackets, a pedal bulldog and several toys in the garden. Perfect for kids! By car, you can reach the outdoor swimming pool, shopping or the wildlife park in 10-15 minutes. In front of the door you can immediately start a hike on the mountain. We'll definitely be back. Very nice hosts! Helpful but not intrusive. Super!!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in the Sky Apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

Beautiful place. Worth every penny

Such a great location for exploring the Dolomites. And a fun find to also get to explore the cute town of Sillian, which is super walkable with great pizza, gelato, playgrounds, and a bike path. The place is pristine and very comfortable, so we felt right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! Nadia was a great host – very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos: Very clean, high-quality furnishings and with a sunny terrace where we could relax wonderfully. The location is great – beautiful view and quiet. Directly from the property, some beautiful hiking trails lead into the area, ideal for nature lovers and dog owners. Especially charming: Nadia's mom runs the pyramid café on the ground floor with delicious, homemade specialties. We were four adults, two small children and a dog – and felt completely comfortable. Thank you for everything – we'd love to come back!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We have no words to describe how much we loved staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. When we arrived Hannes welcomed us and in addition to showing us the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, showed us where the supermarket, bakery and tours were (all very close). We are positively impressed with the cleanliness of the place and in addition to that, the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (there were cutlery, pots, a hot tub…) a super complete place. We will certainly return more often and recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

The place was wonderful

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
