Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Gilles

Five stars all around. Communication with Florence was excellent. We asked for a better Weber grill and a brand new one was provided immediately. House is full of character, village is charming. Bakery in the center of town has closed, but there is another bakery further down the road. Small grocery store in the center of town. Second floor (third floor North American) bedrooms could be an issue for those with mobility issues as the stone staircases are steep with only a rope to hang onto. Pulling out onto the road from the property requires assistance to make sure the way is clear. All in all, we would return in a heart beat.

The location was 15 minutes drive from Arles town centre. The Loft was clean on arrival and the host provided all necessary utensils, linen, towels and a "starter kit" (eg. toilet paper, soap, shampoo, BBQ charcoal and lighter, etc). Access to the Loft was timely and by security Key Code, making it flexible to enter on late arrival. Pool and gardens were well maintained. Baby cot and high-chair were supplied. Florence, our concierge, was very helpful and proactive in answering all our questions in advance. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and timely.

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

This was a very special place to call home for a week in Provence. It is a delightful, well-appointed home in one of the loveliest locations imaginable. We would be lucky and honored to stay there again in the future.

Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

We LOVED our stay in Avignon! The location is absolutely perfect. The home is large enough to host a big family, the pool was a special beloved feature of our children. Robin bought us groceries ahead of time and the amazing Rosè wine available was delicious. A perfect stay! We fell in love with Avignon.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel like a dream. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, scenic walk to local restaurants and the main square, which made exploring Avignon so easy and enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing at the home or out discovering the city, everything about our stay felt special. Highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Provence. We truly didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at Ludovic’s home was absolutely wonderful. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need—and more. It was peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and full of heart. We especially loved the rich history of the home and how it had been in Ludovic’s family for generations; it added such a meaningful and authentic touch to our experience. Ludovic was incredibly gracious with his time, offering quick and helpful responses throughout our stay. I’ve truly never stayed anywhere that felt so much like home. Leaving was harder than I expected… I think a little piece of my heart stayed behind. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. We hope to return someday.

Beautiful stay at Fabien and Christiane's thanks to their hosting and thoughtfulness. The apartment is a very spacious studio, located on the ground floor of the guest residence. The premises are very clean and well-stocked and the bedding is very comfortable. The exteriors are beautiful and we enjoyed them. Street parking is really easy, which is a plus for those who come with a car. The apartment is located just outside the old Arles in a quiet neighborhood. Access to attractions is a 10-minute walk. Fabien advised us on the best places to visit, both in Arles and in the region. Fabien was kind enough to show us his beautiful paintings since he is a well-known painter. We would highly recommend this wonderful place. A huge thank you to Fabien and Christiane and we sincerely hope to see you again!

We loved this apartment, it was all that it promised amd more. So relaxing and calm, yet completely central and great for all amenities. The historic entrance way has beautiful stone walls and the flat itself has some lovely decorative touches. The balcony was ideal for relaxing on and in the evening gazing at Saint Trophime's tower against the blue Privencal sky. Kitchen was well equipped with great dishes, pots and pans and coffee machine. Loved the clever wooden wardrobe, use of space for the bathroom area in the bedroom. Also excellent guide, cookery and other books available. Everything was super clean and stylish too. Definitely hope to return soon, thank you Caroline.

Second stay at Sébastien's, we are still delighted. Perfect for a baby or child, with the green space, animals. For us who live in the city center, the calm did us good, the change of scenery, the barbecue on the terrace too. In short, never two without three 😊

Amaury’s place was stunning and in a great location. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spacious and clean and it was easy to find and walk from the station. Amaury was responsive and helpful throughout. Would recommend.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Admiring a magnificent sunset from the terrace overlooking a pond, a beautiful view and extraordinary calm, that's what I keep in mind from my short stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and well-functional apartment. Arrived at 2 a.m. with two small children, the welcome booklet sent by Alfred before arrival reassured me about the organization. The baby bed already prepared, the apartment that contains everything you need to stay there as a family and especially the calm gave me good reason to choose this accommodation for my stay rather than going to a hotel. We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was as described. The large + the large terrace with jacuzzi and the wonderful 180 degree view. We recommend this comfortable rental.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.
