This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

I've spent my summers here as a child; we now open it to new guests. You will be on the ground floor: "Les Voltes," featuring a kitchen with a barbecue and a porch with a large table. 60 m² private garden under a century-old linden tree, table for 10. 4 rooms with shared bathroom, premium mattresses and new linens. Tranquility and comfort near the Costa Brava, Monells, Pals...

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

It has two bedrooms which sleep 4 people comfortably. Country cottage style decoration with an Ibiza touch, cool in summer and with good central heating for the winter. On the way to Cadaquez and France. Near to the beaches of St Marti D’Empuries, L’Escala and Sant Pere Pescador. This is a great option !
