Vertheuil house, 3 rooms completely renovated, 25 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from Lake Hourtin and 10 minutes from the great Médoc appellations. In front of the house is a small south-facing garden. Garden furniture and two adult bikes are available, as well as an adjoining storage space with washing machine and a private parking space. Leclerc supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. In a very quiet location, this small stone house is ideal for exploring the Médoc. (5 nights min in July and August.)

Small house of 65m2 with small garden and possibility to park a car. 25 minutes from the first beaches (ocean and lake), 10 minutes from Lesparre where you will find any type of shops and a train station. Many hiking trails are close to the house, as well as wine chateaux. There is a pizzeria across the street, as well as a bakery right next door . There is a double bed but it is possible to add an extra sofa bed as well as an umbrella bed upon request.

We lacked nothing and were overwhelmed every time we looked out the windows or the porch door. The view of the sea will accompany us for a long time to come. The house is situated in a completely fenced property, so ideal for our furry friend. The terrace invites you to sunbathe. Kitchen fully equipped, nothing is missing. Wifi perfect. We are Atlantic fans and especially of Pin Sec. This is a 10-minute drive. We thank Florian for the opportunity to have his house made available. As soon as our time allows, we will try to make a booking again.
