Bordering the Parc des Ecrins, facing due south, sheltered from the wind. You will enjoy a view of the mountains, in a relaxing green setting. Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Massage jet shower. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains games for children (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quiet of the neighborhood.
