Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. Wenn sich beim Blick von der Terrasse nach Westen die Silhouette der Euganeischen Hügel vor dem Abendrot abzeichnet, kommt einem die Frage in den Sinn, ob man je von Venedig so viel gesehen haben wird, um auch einmal dorthin zu reisen, wo früher die reichen Patrizier der Stadt die Sommerfrische genossen. Da ist der vormittägliche Lärm der Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung darunter längst vergessen. Severine hatte uns vor Anreise bereits vorgewarnt, Anne sich dann sofort nach Lärmbelästigungen erkundigt und als wir diese bejahten, stellten wir am nächsten Tag überrascht fest, dass uns Severine den Mietpreis für einen Tag zurückerstattet hatte. Solch proaktiv souveräne Gastgeber wüscht man sich überall!

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super und in der Nähe von Vaporetto-Haltestelle. direkt am Kanal hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick, für Lärmempfindliche kann der Bootsverkehr nachts und am frühen Morgen vielleicht etwas störend sein. Für uns war es ok.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Francesca. Tout était conforme à la description et encore plus beau en vrai. La vue est magnifique ❤️❤️ et le petit coin véranda est juste sublime 🤗🤗. Nous y avons passés d'agréables moments... Le quartier est très paisible et à proximité de restos/bars. Merci à Marika pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. N'hésitez surtout pas, vous ne le regretterez pas😉😉

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to the farthest points in Venice. The apartment was super clean and organized. The only thing I will add is the apartment is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Absolutely recommend though. It was perfect for us.

Thank you Serena for picking us up from the station. She was super friendly and approachable. The apartment was spotless and had wonderful views. It was also in a very quiet corner and felt very local. There were also some delicious restaurants a few minutes walk away. Definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

Un merveilleux appartement dans un cadre superbe. Un jardin très bien entretenu et calme, un havre de paix pour le petit déjeuner ou l’apéritif. Appartement très bien situé à 20m d’un arrêt de vaporeto sur le grand canal. Très bel décoration et appartement très bien équipé. Mais le vrai plus c’est l’accueil et la gentillesse de Ferruccio qui vous accueille en personne et vous donne plein de conseils de visites et de restaurants. Un vrai coup de coeur ❤️
