The flat is on the first floor of a typical venetian house in the green and quiet island of Giudecca. From a small hall you enter a wide room which is very bright and cosy. The living, with a well equipped kitchen and a nice dinette, is separated by a small wall from the sleeping area, with a double bed and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom is wide and elegant. This flat was my home for several years and I really loved well in it. It is like a nest! It is recommended to couples who love a quiet house full of light and the sight of open spaces and the lagoon.

One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
