Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to the farthest points in Venice. The apartment was super clean and organized. The only thing I will add is the apartment is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Absolutely recommend though. It was perfect for us.

De had a great stay at Laura’s flat. We loved the calm and beautiful neighborhood, two steps away from Palanca station, and the peaceful Giudecca, away from the crowds. The apartment itself is with great design, we loved the furniture, the space , the view, and the vintage charm and the garden. For those who love art and design especially glasswork you won’t be disappointed by the artworks and books. It’s rare to see such unique places on Airbnb. Laura and Kate were kind and proactive and gave us good recommendations. We would love to come back!

Authentic atmospheres in the heart of Venice

Everything about my stay surpassed expectations from the moment I booked through departure. The host provided all the information needed to enjoy my time in Venice. They also took care of processing the access exemption, required for select days (I was the only one on my tour who had their accommodation ensure this was known and completed). The location is a short five minute walk from the train station (which is a huge deal for the maze of streets and bridges that comprise Venice), on a quiet little street. The home was extremely clean, well designed, and offered all amenities (detergent for washing mashing, iron & board, bath toiletries and towels, separate air conditioning for living room and bedroom, refrigerator, etc). A true modern Venetian gem!

I can only recommend this appartement to anyone looking for a cosy, but near the centre place. You are at the end of a small road, near the boat station, so you'll be pretty calm especially with the garden that is provided. You're at 25 minutes by foot of the san marco basilic, and right five minutes from all the restaurants and bars you could ask for. The host were also very welcoming, and helped us get through the tourist tax problems, and just overall settle in. You can absolutely book the place blindly, at least we did, and had the most wonderful time!
