We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We had a very nice stay. The place is really very nice and great for a family with kids. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large cozy living room. The kids loved the cats. We were in Rome twice. 10 min to the train station by car and then another 20 minutes by train to Rome Termini, really very straightforward. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

It was a real pleasure staying at Veronica's house. We had a great time and being in the historic center of this beautiful village in the evening we took a nice walk arriving among the alleys made even more evocative by the night lights up to the beautiful Caetani Castle that we were lucky enough to visit the next morning, despite being in the company of our dog Milù. A real gem of this property is the huge hot tub set in the rock on the lower floor of the house. Truly an Unforgettable Stay

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

We stayed 4 days, the house has been recently renovated so it is very clean, the view from the terrace is exceptional enough to stay even hours to admire the bay, new bathroom and also the kitchen equipped even if we were on the beach and we used it little. I highly recommend booking this house.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

The house met our needs for family reunions very well. Everyone had their own space and privacy and we greatly enjoyed our meals on the terrace. The garden is beautiful. The house is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. Danilo is a welcoming host and was available to answer our questions and concerns.

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at L'Olivaia. After 4 hectic days in the city it was wonderful to relax in peaceful surroundings. The villa is beautiful with a huge amount of space with fascinating artwork all around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large, clean and very comfortable. We had a great time in the large outside area, played and cooled off in the pool, and picked fresh lemons for our drinks. The hosts were very response and friendly. We would definitely return. We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place corresponded exactly to the photos – everything was just as beautiful and tastefully decorated as described. The entire place was very clean - you can immediately tell that hygiene is important here. The house was also equipped with everything you need. The location was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. We were able to park our car privately and absolutely safely, which gave us an additional sense of security. Emanuele and Ana are the perfect hosts – super friendly, warm and always available. Communication went smoothly, and we got great recommendations for the area. It was always noticeable that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this place!⭐️
