Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saalfeld-Rudolstadt

We booked the place for a weekend and celebrated our family reunion there. We particularly liked the secluded location and the proximity to the forest. The children could play carefree outdoors, also the large group room with long table and cozy oven was just great! Thank you!

Had a great stay at the house. We especially liked the beautiful terrace, the large kitchen (fully equipped) and the large living room with smart TV. The second bedroom has two "normal" sized single beds - but is designed more as a children's room. So not so suitable for two couples. In the living room, there is also a single bed. Lovely quiet location, 10 minutes from the market square in Wirsberg. Great communication with the hosts! Everything is perfect :) Next year again!

We were there with a dog over New Year's Eve. Beautiful house, no frills, very well equipped kitchen (I have to mention it: sharp cutting knives), very cozy and soundproofed. Didn't even hear the blast. Host very nice, ostramondra seems to host many dogs, in our case there was a lot of barking in the neighborhood, which did not bother us.

If you want to switch off from city life, it's just the thing. Cozy, clean and well-equipped cottage in the middle of nature. Morning coffee on the terrace to forest sounds is already the perfect start. Those who like to roam through the woods can start some hiking trails directly from there. And on cooler evenings, the fireplace is excellent. And the best part…my big furry friend was warmly welcome there and felt just as comfortable. I haven't been there for the last time :) Thanks!

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

We had a great short vacation in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation opportunities in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbors are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and would recommend the accommodation without reservation!

This is a wonderful place for a relaxing few days. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything you could need. The outdoor shower and the views were amazing! Anne was so nice and responded to my messages so quickly! I highly recommend a stay here. Thank you, Anne!

A cozy apartment near the racetrack. We felt right at home here and would be happy to come back! Christina is a very welcoming host!

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children and had four wonderful days. The apartment is cozy, the garden is magical and you are in a few minutes' walk in the forest or at the idyllic Fichtelsee. Michael and his wife were wonderful, very nice and open hosts. The children especially loved cat Bärle. We definitely recommend Michael's place.

Michaela's apartment is just fantastic, with a lot of lovely details that make the stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. The kitchen really has everything you could need. We didn't miss anything. Everything was wonderfully clean and easy to find. The communication in advance went smoothly, very straightforward, and Michaela responded immediately. She was always available on site and was very happy to help us with many tips. This apartment and this hostess are highly recommended.

Super great place - we would definitely come back if we are in Weimar again. On foot a nice walk to the center(about 15 min), quietly located, have breakfast beautifully undisturbed on the terrace in the sun. Also equipped 1A; even with extras such as slippers (is also quite cold foot), various Playing and books, hot water bottle, coffee grinder & milk frother, tea, spices, etc.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. It is bright and practical in terms of the layout. There is nothing missing in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds are high quality. Everything is very clean and in good condition. There are even various game collections in the closet. At the latest, the view of a large green courtyard and the spacious balcony promise a relaxing stay.

Everything is great, as described in the ad! The location is ideal and the amenities are above average, I would check in there again any time…

The welcome was very nice and friendly. Afterwards, the apartment was shown to us and details were briefly explained. Arrive and feel at home. There is nothing missing here (incl. leisure tips). I'm sure we'll be back!!

A great place to stay with a prime location. We enjoyed the evening very much and had a wonderful view of the Wartburg. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. A small defect was immediately fixed so that we and the subsequent guests can find a great place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

Highly recommended for a family of 10 members. Everyone had their own room and the house has everything you need. An oven is not provided, but that did not bother us. The nearest bakery was 7 minutes away by car. Memleben is a small place - very quiet and idyllically located on the Unstrut. Nevertheless, a lot to offer: an adventure park, the Imperial Palatinate with historic monastery, the Arche Nebra is not far away and we have made a detour to the Eckartsberga amusement park. All in all, a successful holiday for the whole family. In winter/autumn certainly also very romantic with fireplace. Also very great: for 10 people 4 bathrooms (three of them with a toilet). This saved us an incredible amount of time for so many people in the morning. We thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

A perfect retreat in the Thuringian Forest We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful cottage and it was just amazing. The location is incredibly quiet, ideal for those looking for relaxation and recreation. The spacious garden invites you to linger and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. The modern decor of the house is stylish and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to an excellent restaurant serving delicious local specialties. For families with children, the nearby playground is a big plus. Overall a wonderful place to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of the Thuringian Forest. We will definitely be back!

Everything was nicely decorated. Great garden, nice kitchen, large apartment. We felt right at home.

We (6 adults and 4 children) spent an extended weekend in Susann and Sebastian's house and felt very comfortable. The house offers plenty of space and is well equipped. In the house you will find plenty of tips for excursions. The communication with Susann was hassle-free and pleasant.

Incredibly beautiful villa, huge garden and amenities such as sauna, pool and many leisure things. Billiards, projector, basketball hoop, foosball, games. Everything there. Really perfect for a family vacation or a quiet getaway. The WiFi was super fast - we were able to work well there. There was hardly any cell phone reception, but that didn't bother us much, because we wanted a break. Kathrin was always quick and reliable to reach, responded kindly and with many tips. Great! Just a small note: there were many large spiders. This was absolutely to be expected and is just due to the location in the field - but for city dwellers a perhaps unfamiliar thing. But it's still absolutely worth it to vacation there. We will definitely be coming back.
