The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

My flat is a five minute walk away from the stadium (Red-Bull Arena) and a fifteen minute walk away from the city centre. It is located near the beautiful canal Elstermühlgraben and the city port. The flat is of high quality and well equipped.
