The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. This beautiful mansion in the heart of Germany offers spacious accommodation for family & friends. It is perfectly central, just 5 minutes from the A38. With its own park, an idyllic private lake behind the courtyard, play areas for children & a spacious kitchen with living room, it is the ideal retreat. The property offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor, and a kitchen, living room with fireplace, billiards room, and separate toilet on the 1st floor.

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.
