The renovated caretaker apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the city center or the alluvial forest with wildlife park, Lake Markleeberg and Lake Cospuden. We, a young family with two children ( 1 & 5), have a small ecological winery and from May 22 have furnished a small cottage among vineyards. Idyllically located you look at the Bindersee and enjoy the tranquility there. From there you can start great excursions, for example to Seeburg, Lutherstadt Eisleben (20 min drive) to Halle (20 min drive) or to the Harz ( 40 min ride) or simply start a tour by bike directly around the sweet lake.
