Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. New: The property is now completely fenced. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses, we have been offering the favorite farm, cowshed, hunting lodge and horse stable (bookable via Airbnb). Our newly built, each 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses have 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
