Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Small house on the Bodden

Our holiday home on the Saaler Bodden has a lot of charm and is ideal for families with children. Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? You've come to the right place! Perfect for surfers too! Because both here in Neuendorf, as well as in Saal (also kite surfing), are optimal conditions. In spring and autumn you can watch from the house and the country lanes near the crane and goose train. The national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft is right on your doorstep!

Bis zum nächsten Badestrand und Wassersport-Spots am Saaler Bodden benötigst du 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Fischland-Darß-Zingst mit seinen traumhaften Ostsee-Stränden erreichst du in 25 Minuten. Ortschaften wie Ahrenshoop und die Hafenstädte Stralsund und Rostock bieten dir tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Geschäfte.

Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.
