It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Perfect holiday in the mountains for the whole family The house on the hill is very suitable for families with children. Great play facilities on the property. In the immediate vicinity there is a small bakery and a farm with a 24-hour fridge where you can buy fresh dairy products. Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. Austria PURE feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence.
