Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
