  • JoAnn is an amazing host! She is mindful and strikes a perfect balance between being available and allowing space. It is not easy to share a home with someone, but JoAnn does it with kind graciousness! Because the room is on the third floor, there are stairs-but the plus side is it is extremely quiet AND you get daily exercise 😊! I enjoyed being able to walk anywhere-to the park, the gardens, to church, for coffee or a bite. As a single woman I felt completely safe. I highly recommend JoAnn’s place!

    Eileen2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • JoAnn was amazing! Parking is just right in front of the house, location is easy to assess to many good restaurants, the famous Botanic garden, museums, highways, etc. Making life so much easier and really pleasant as I am new to St. Louis for my internship!

  • Amazing place! JoAnn was an awesome host.

    Sai2019-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • The room is perfect if you need a space to stay near the city. Short drives to many different locations and the host is very helpful with directions and suggestions. The amenities are great, and you have a good amount of dedicated space in the kitchen for any supplies you might need. A word of warning though, be ready to traverse two floors of stairs often!

  • JoAnn was the best host I ever lived with. I stayed at her place for almost 3 months. Her place is well organized and clean. She will fix any issue by her self as quickly and efficiently quicker than you expect. She will try her best to make your stay as pleasure as possible.

    Moosa2019-04-12T00:00:00Z

The neighborhood is famous Dogtown on the Hills. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. Very close to Forest Park, The Zoo, The Art Museum, Delmar Loop, Science Center. Close enough to be safe, and far enough to be pretty quiet.
  • A beautiful stay here! Communication was so clear, and I am in love with how she decorated. Heads up, there is a washer and dryer free for 2+ nights, $6 for less

  • A wonderful and cozy spot to relax and have a peaceful stay. The amenities included a laptop, tv with plenty to watch, lots of covers, space heater, a few toiletries, beverages, lots of good books, and several places to sit and unwind, all made the place very homey and comfortable. We found the place quiet, clean, private, and very nicely & uniquely decorated. All around a really great stay!

    Charles2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Gilda's place is so unique and lovely. It has pretty much everything you could possibly want in a temporary stay. There were even some Band-Aids, food, and other convenient supplies that went above and beyond the expectations I have for an AirBnB. I wish we could've stayed longer than a night, and we would definitely stay here again. An amazing value for money.

    Laura2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Gilda's place was awesome! It was a very homey and cute apartment, with a lot of extra features available.

    Rebecca2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Adorable little place. About 10-15 from downtown, amazing price. Decorations are hand made from India so it's a beautiful touch. Beds are firm soft so my back didn't hurt, comfortable. She provided amenities and shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, straightener, towels, some light snacks and water bottles. Parking is in street and it's on a hill and off a busy street so be wary of that. I brought my service dog, and she lets regular dogs there as well. It's a cute little studio style and the shower is big, it gets cold so she has a bunch of fuzzy blankets. Overall a great stay for the price!

Both historic and fresh in character. We wanted to reflect that in the ambiance of the space. You will find a wonderful mix of modern industrial fixtures and rustic antique decor. All come together to express a true sense of history and Midwestern lifestyle.
The apartment is tucked away right behind one of the most historic and lively strips in St. Louis. The district is called Cherokee Art District which is separated into two sections; one is known as Cherokee Street and the other side is known as Antique Row. Your lodging is located on the Antique Row side, but is only half a block away from the other side of Cherokee Street. Both full of indie boutiques and cafes. Cherokee Street is a newer strip with lots of diversity, raw artistic ambiance, and a robust nightlife while Antique Row is more historic and lush with antiques shops and vintage/handmade clothing stores. We are proud to say we are one of those shop owners here on Antique Row. Ruby Francis is a handmade outfitter specializing in ready-to-wear for men and woman constructed from vintage and reclaimed fabrics and materials. As you travel West on Cherokee Street, you'll find independently owned thrift stores, coffee shops, whiskey bars, florists, furniture, leather goods, craft beer grocer, bakeries, taquerias, tattoo parlors, jewelers, St. Louis-centric wearables, art galleries, and so much more. As you travel East on Antique Row, you will find privately owned bakeries, delis, vintage clothing stores, bath & body care, clothing boutiques, antique furniture, heirloom shops, pizzerias, more antiques shops, the historic Lemp Mansion, DeMenil Mansion (both provide tours), music venues, pubs, art supply stores, coffee shops, and even more antique shops.

I was attending a conference at Union Station and found the location perfect. It's a super cute place, and feels spacious. I had my dog with me and so the little yard was a really nice thing to have. Stephanie was a quick communicator and very clear about expectations regarding the space, which I appreciate. I'll be back, definitely!

I would stay here again, for sure!

Don’t be bored. Be Bordeaux. This hip suite in St. Louis’s hottest neighborhood boasts exposed brick walls, wood beams, and more than a century of history in an old industrial building—heck, even the ceilings are cool. Add in amenities like smart thermostats and stainless appliances, and you’ve got an old favorite that’s aged like a fine... Bordeaux?
Although you won’t see many mops in this old mop factory anymore, what hasn’t changed is a steadfast commitment to keeping things spick and span. When you choose to travel with Zencity, enjoy sparkling clean rooms, a simple 24-hour check-in process, and a dedicated customer service agent always available. Now that’s a bon voyage.
This building has been around the block—first as a canvas factory, then as a mop factory, and now as your own personal gateway to Lafayette Square and Soulard, Cajun- and French-inspired neighborhoods where you’ll find restaurants, a historic market, townhouses in every shade of pastel, overflowing gardens, and a large park perfect for a lazy day. Oh la la!
  • The apartment is gorgeous & spotless. Great quiet location. Walking distance to good coffee, amazing food & beautiful park. A quick drive to the best of everything in STL. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Easy check in. We would definitely recommend this stay to others!

  • Highly recommended. Great place to stay. Super clean and smooth check in. Really close to the ball park and downtown. Will definitely check in again next time I’m in STL. Mission tacos is about a 5 min drive. Great for late night eats.

Here lays a homestead "micro-farm" in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the city! I have a large garden with chickens & ducks! My home warmly holds 2 dogs & a cat! Your room is a private basement room and the bathroom is upstairs. ***My cat will find a way to visit you***, but the dogs stay on the upper floor. My space is perfect for travelers & animal/plant lovers. This space is perfect if you're not looking for a fancy room. It IS lovingly curated, clean, and a fun space to be in!
You have your own private entrance and the room is a private basement room. Keep in mind when you enter through the private entrance, you walk into the laundry room. Don't worry! Once you get passed that, your comfy, cute room will be waiting! There is a mini fridge with a jar of cold water, microwave, and cutlery already in your room. Any other cooking needs- please help yourself to my kitchen. There are animals, records, instruments, and trinkets that you are welcome to interact with. I am huge on lighting, so if you catch it at the right time, the upper-floor will be lit up nicely on some evenings. Feel free to start a fire in the fire pit, sit outside with the ducks, or relax on the front porch! Jude, the cat, loves people and loves letting you know!
My neighborhood rules. It's called Clifton Heights. Walking distance to Pint Size Bakery and Chris's Pancakes, as well as Adam's Smokehouse and two sweet dive bars- Sophie's Place and The Hideaway.
  • Wonderfully accommodating! Adorable home and her kitty is the sweetest thing! I would absolutely stay here again. Very comfortable bed, nice space down stairs with a private entrance and access to the house. The bathroom is conveniently located at the top of the steps. Very easy access and great communication! Everything you’re looking for at a great price!

  • I felt at home the moment I arrived. Lisa was friendly and welcoming. Lots of lottle personal touches. Her cat and 2 dogs were fun to hang out with and play with. Lisa's check in instructions made my arrival so easy. Would stay here again.

    Joy2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Really cool place to stay. Everywhere you look there’s a new piece of art to see. The animals are really sweet.

    Rachel2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy place and friendly animal. The location was close to main areas in a quiet neighborhood.

    Anna2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Lisa’s place was beautiful. He cat was so nice and loved to be downstairs with us. Every room of the house has a very personal touch and a style I just adore. Don’t be afraid to come in the winter time, she has plenty of rugs to keep your feet warm and the heater down there works great. The chrome cast tv was definitely a plus, and the mine fridge and microwave were much needed. I can’t wait to come back and stay again.

  • Great little place!

    Benjamin & Sarah2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Very stylish place! The decorations and feel of the home were awesome. Having our own entrance and area in the basement kept everything very private though I wish I had seen the host to let her know how cool the place was. If you're not a pet person (cats, dogs, ducks) then this may not be the place for you, but my fiancee and I thought it was a really cool stay.

    Brandon2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • 10/10 First off let me just say how cute this space was! If you enjoy the atmosphere of what I think feels like an artists home then this is the place for you. Lisa was so sweet and helped us with anything we needed. While we didn’t ever get the chance to met I would love to say that our other host Jude was quite the gentleman. It was a really short drive to the concert venue we went to as well as forest park. The best atmosphere, hospitality, location, and value in Stl. Will totally try to stay again.

Exposed brick, gut rehab of a classic St. Louis old brick 2 family flat built 1898. Chouteau Park across the street & Central West End across the bridge. Walk to Forest Park where all the major museums are or to The Grove entertainment district. This listing is for the private front bed room in the front of the Second Floor, next to the office, there are additional listings on both floors of this building sharing the common spaces.
Thanks for your interest in my new building, investing in STL. Here is update! You will be in the second floor (door on the right), this guest bedroom is in the front of the building overlooking the park. Though the construction is done, details like: painting, window trim and applications, and closet shelving aren't yet in. Cant predict the future state of the progress of the detailing, which will be slow since most of it I am doing myself in my spare time, which I have little of. You get to have a private room in a 1500 square foot newly renovated apartment, located in high rent district. I provide a Full size (Double) bed under an Adult bunk bed which is also Full size (Double) bed. Note as my profile here shows, I have an additional listing for the living room sofabed and or the Master suite also. It is often booked at the same time too. My "home" office is located in the front of the building next to this bedroom. I am usually here working as reception for my buildings. The white wireless doorbell is the only working one, knock (door on right) or call. My office is directly above the doors. Make yourself at home: You can enter without notice to tenant and I or requirement of us being there, just follow the house manual and be mindful and keep the place locked at all times. Note this is an all hard wood floor building as pictured. The 2nd floor has a strict no shoe policy, but that doesn't mean no creaking in general for 100 year old hardly insulated floors. Noise is entirely random and cant be predicted, may be none, may be some, but should always be reasonable and minimal. ***If you have issue with cleanliness, noise, or anything else during your visit here let me know immediately via a message or in person so I can address the issue, If you dont bring problems to my attention then everything must be wonderful.
Forest Park South East is aka "The Grove" neighborhood, which was a blighted neighborhood that was revitalized as a gay club district and is now a full blown entertainment district with large scale entertainment for every interest. My place is located a couple blocks North of the actual entertainment street so no worries about loud crowds nor places to park a car. There is ample safe parking directly in front of the building on the street thanks also to the lovely developing city park across the street from the building.
  • Zen is such a welcoming host, who has gone out of his way to make everyone’s experience enjoyable. His place is particularly clean and full of interesting homey touches - ie lots of stuff related to Zen, books about mythology, harps, a screen where tenants can watch movies and play video games. I would highly recommend this place

Spacious and classy 1 bedroom flat in trendy Fox Park neighborhood. It's a first floor unit - recently rehabbed with a gourmet kitchen. Easy access to St Louis attractions, entertainment/business districts, and restaurants. Less than 3 miles to Arch grounds, Cardinals ballpark, Enterprise Center/Blues arena, Union Station, Barnes/Childrens Hospital, The Grove &CWE, Grand Center Arts District, and Chaifitz arena, Forest Park, Zoo and Botanical Gardens The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, &safe
The apartment is super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. It has occupancy for 2 people. The unit is NOT baby/toddler proofed - no young children. There is plenty of free street parking right in front of building.
Fox Park is the best neighborhood because you are near it all - the museums, ballpark, parks, shopping, restaurants and the highways are very close. What is most appealing? You would never know that you are in the middle of a city. Lonas Lil Eats a James Beard nominated restaurant is 2 blocks away.
  • The cutest place ever and so clean! Decorated beautifully and so homey too! Also a lot bigger than the pictures look :-)

  • We were visiting our son in a small town 20 min away so this was perfect. We were close enough to spend time with him but still be able to do our own thing. The flat is a lot bigger than you think. The rooms are large and comfy. Communication was great and we had a wonderful stay.

    Brenda2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Karen’s place is conveniently located within minutes of downtown St. Louis. Her newly renovated space has awesome touches of new and old offering a great blend of old/world touches. Street parking is plentiful and extremely easy no matter the time of day or night, I got a spot out front every single time. The best part of the BnB was how new and fresh the kitchen accessories were. All the pots, pans and knives were all spotless clean, new and I’m great shape. I’ve never stayed at a BnB that has such nice cooking ware and kitchenware which made prepping meals such an easy and enjoyable experience.

  • Mark's house is gorgeous! The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in in a long time. And there are no words for that shower (you do have to watch how long you stay in there though because after about 15 mins it will automatically start turning the hot water down...learned that the hard way lol). Mark was a great host and was quick with a response whenever I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Classic 1888 Italianate style Red Brick 2 unit building in '90s rehabbed into lovely over sized 1 bdrm units. Walk to Lafayette Square Park restaurants, shops and bars. Soulard Farmers Market or Downtown attractions very close. Easy metro/bike system access. This is for the private bed room in the Second Floor unit, approx 800sq ft, the Loft area of the great room is also occupied and shares the common spaces as indicated.
800 square foot single bedroom apartment. Bathroom remodeled, brand new Feb 2017. All electric building. I live in the Loft area of the apartment and this listing is for the private bedroom opposite side of the unit as shown on the floor plan picture.
Maya Angelou's neighborhood, the oldest public library in the city, and across the street from Lafayette Square neighborhood with civil war monuments. Most of the city's highlights are around this residential neighborhood rather then in it, the benefit being this is in the center of it all but a nice quiet place to stay!
  • We had a great stay! Everything was perfect for what we needed. The entire space was clean, accommodating, and super well thought-out. I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Louis!

The Carriage House is a bright, fun studio located in popular Tower Grove South. It shares a large patio, garden, and trampoline with a historic home. The open floor plan and twin beds allow plenty of space for families and friends. Guests of all ages love the local artwork, plants, art supplies, books, and games the CH offers. Don't forget to have bread and coffee on us before you walk through the Morganford Business District, Tower Grove Park, and South Grand! We can't wait to host you!
ATTENTION: As of March 1 there will be a queen sized bed and a twin sized daybed. Currently there are two twin sized beds. Featured on Apartment Therapy and St. Louis Magazine! https://www.stlmag.com/design/property/10-cool-airbnbs-to-check-out/ https://www.apartmenttherapy.com/house-tour-3-roomies-share-a-colorful-st-louis-home-252355 https://www.stlmag.com/design/airbnb_1/ The kitchen is complete with a full stove/oven, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and butcher block island. Local coffee and bread are in the fridge for you! Feel free to use all kitchen supplies. All we ask is that you clean up after yourselves, thanks! In the living/sleeping area, there are twin day beds that can be pushed together for couples or pushed apart for more privacy + plenty of room on the shag rug to set up sleeping bags and air mattresses to fit more guests and kids. For each day bed we provide two sleeping pillows, a throw pillow, a top and bottom sheet, and a blanket. We also provide a toddler-sized foam sofa that's great for little kiddos. Please bring your own sheets, pillows, and blankets, and towels for extra people, including kids. :) FYI The daybeds are currently on metal frames that are a bit taller than the ones pictured. One has an "extra long" twin mattress to help accommodate taller adults. Some guests have mentioned how bright the studio is due to daylight or alley lights. We love the light however you might want to bring a sleeping mask. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs; the AC/heater can be loud and the crickets and birds around the garden like the sing. One more note! The building is old, industrial, and not well-insulated. Occasionally you’ll spot bugs or feel a draft. This is normal. :) Adjust the thermostat as you wish!
Our neighborhood is the best! Beautiful old homes and local businesses surround Tower Grove Park. Our home is located on a quiet block, just steps from the Morganford Business District (shops, bars, restaurants) or a longer stroll or short bike ride to South Grand. All highways and main roads are easily accessed from our neighborhood, making it simple to hop around to tourists spots.
  • We stayed here for one night of our road trip across the country and it was our favorite air bnb of the trip. The space is even nicer than it looks in photos, we loved the artsy quirkiness of the decor and the openness from the high ceilings and sources of natural light. We felt like we were kids again staying in our dream “adult clubhouse.” Communicating with Elsie was easy and check in/check out was seamless. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in St. Louis.

  • Elsie was a great host. Her carriage house was really cool and eclectic, and she had coffee, bread , and jam ava I'll label in case you needed a snack. She also had a great coloring and art table setup that would be great to use for kids, or an adult who just wants to enjoy out for a bit. I enjoyed her space and would definitely stay there again!

  • This is an awesome spot. Great location and amenities for the price. Elsie was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend. Just a watch out - as others have said, the bed is actually two twin beds pushed together, but still worked fine for my partner and I.

    Chris2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • The carriage house was incredible. Many people come to St.Louis and don’t know what to expect, this studio gives people a proper idea of what things are about here. it’s not always crime, or bad; St.Louis is rich in culture, history, art, etc. Elsie does an amazing job at showcasing a unique twist on St.Louis luxury. I would live in this space if I could.

    Konnar2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • This Airbnb looks like its out of a magazine. It’s complete eye candy, everywhere you look is a unique touch that makes the whole space feel so playful yet relaxing. And the space is comfy! The heating system is powerful and I felt totally cozy even with the industrial features. Would definitely stay there again!

    Elise2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing space! My friend and I have so much fun

    Isabella2020-02-21T00:00:00Z

  • Located in quiet neighborhood, and we were able to park with better privacy right at the door. Home was nice and relaxing, gets warm quickly even in winter and the beds are warm. Thanks Elsie!

Hi! I'm Elizabeth . My partner and I welcome you to our artsy apartment, which is just blocks away from Cherokee St and South Grand. It's wonky and has tons of personality, like us.
There's a single, private parking space provided for your car behind the building. From there, enter through the back entrance that leads to the kitchen, bathroom and your room. This is your designated Air BnB space. We have cats, who are awesome and will either ignore you or be all about you, which is why we supply a lint roller with the room. Please do not under any circumstances leave the back door open or ajar, or allow the cats to leave the house!

Good times are a-brewing in the Soulard neighborhood (home to the famous Anheuser-Busch brewery), and you’ll appreciate this neat little suite right in the heart of the eclectic Soulard neighborhood. Enjoy a different kind of suds with the in-unit laundry facilities; get soaked in the in-building pool; there’s even a gym if you want to work on the other type of six-pack.
Like a well balanced IPA, the Soulard neighborhood manages to mix a wide variety of eclectic ingredients into a satisfying whole. Anchored by the fabulous Soulard Market on the north (with an astounding array of produce and goods on display), this neighborhood is peppered with beautiful classic architectural treasures, and offers a dizzying selection of watering holes and restaurants spanning numerous cuisines. Oh, and did we mention it’s home to the third-biggest Mardi Gras celebration in the world? Laissez les bon temps rouler, St. Louis style.

This one bedroom newly updated house is the perfect location for discovering all that "The Hill" has to offer. Within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants in all of STL. ( Zia's being our personal favorite) Enjoy a great meal and walk to one of the many well known bakeries, Italian markets, Shops, Coffee Bistro, Gelato and Bars. What more could you ask for? Only a short drive to downtown to see the City Museum or catch a Cardinals or Blues Game.
The house has been beautifully maintained for 100 years with only a couple of owners. The space has been newly renovated with new flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the sites, sounds and most importantly the smells of the neighborhood as you sit on the front porch or enjoy a glass of wine in the back yard. *All of the furniture is brand new and includes a luxurious Queen pillow top mattress in the bedroom and a queen air mattress that you can put in the living room, if needed. *We have included over-sized bath towels, coffee and tea with cream and sugar. *We have all of the basic spices, olive oil and butter. *We will also supply granola bars and oatmeal for a quick breakfast in the morning. *If here on business we offer a desk with printer, paper and basic office needs. *If traveling with children we offer a pack-n-play with sheets(please let us know in advance), a few small toys, crayons and paper and children's dishes.
he Hill is a long-established Italian-American neighborhood with family-owned delis, sandwich shops and bakeries on Marconi Avenue, and trattorias, pizzerias and upscale Italian eateries dotting the streets around Shaw and Wilson avenues. The “Italian Immigrants” statue stands outside St. Ambrose Catholic Church, and locals gather to play bocce at Milo’s Bocce Garden and in neighborhood parks.
  • This is a great place on the Hill, with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. The Hill is a wonderful neighborhood. and Michael’s place was walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Would stay there again for sure.

    Elizabeth2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • So first off I like that you have an option for either a key or the key code. It’s nice for everyone that way. The bed was super comfy. The house is cute and just enough space for us. I wasn’t thrilled about the bedroom having no doors. But it’s a shotgun style house so that’s common for those models. After my head hit the pillow I was out and it didn’t bother me anymore. I liked how there were two parking options either in front if there’s room or around back. The backyard was very nice. And the kitchen was wonderful and stylish. They also had a two in one coffee maker so you could make a pot or just a k-cup. I wouldn’t mind staying again when it’s just me and the significant other. And the hill is a wonderful area as well.

    Brynna2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • I was nervous at first coming to STL but this place felt like another home. Everything about this place was exactly how they mentioned it.

    Deja2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful space with super hosts. We loved how close we were to some of the good restaurants and Missouri Baking Company - you can walk if you choose. Michael was fantastic and communicated well with us. We chose to park in the back away from the busy street - and used the path to walk around the side to the front door. The property had some soaps and shampoo in the shower which was nice because we forgot to pack ours. This was our first AirBnB and it was a great experience. We could not recommend this property more!

    Noah2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • You couldn’t find a more attractive little house in St Louis’ famed Hill District. The amenities in the area are fabulous, restaurants, taverns, groceries, it’s all right here. Close proximity to everything and really easy to find and get in and out of if you’re driving. Our Lyft to the airport was around $22 so reasonable there too. The house itself is cute and sweet with lovely stained glass windows in the living room, updated with easy to control locks, heating and the amenities were amazing. Great queen super comfy bed, delicious thick towels and great coffeemaker and other kitchen things. We will for SURE be back as it’s close to family and friends. We adored our stay.

Our home is unique. This space has been carefully created to be a one of a kind STL experience that will hopefully bring you back many times to our city. The home is located on a quiet, one way street that is walking distance to Cafe Piazza and Gus’s Pretzels. This French-style bungalow has been carefully renovated, to not only reflect the history of the area, but also to add artistic features that accent its past as well. We have brought in a variety of amazing local artists that have curated special touches to make this space a magnificent reflection of our city’s rich cultural heritage. The kitchen features vaulted ceilings with several interesting architectural details, including a custom made handrail and a unique mosaic tile floor. The bathroom also has a mosaic tile wall (the STL city flag) that speaks to the history of St. Louis. The living room area has a desk with a printer for working, space for people to relax and watch TV as well as a twin fold-down couch and a full size wall bed that can be pulled down when convenient. You can also access the front deck area from your living room which gives you a unique perspective of this historic street and home. The loft-style second floor bedroom overlooks the kitchen area and has beautiful East-West light throughout the day with a queen size bed, chair, dresser, ample closet space, and another twin mattress (we researched for weeks for the finest and most comfortable blow up mattress). The beds in the home consist of a Queen (upstairs) , full (wall bed), twin couch (in living room) , and a blow up twin (place wherever you like). From the main floor, there is a cozy, covered balcony with seating. There are three off street parking spaces available, plus plenty of street parking on this quiet one way street. Guests have access to the washer & dryer, which is located in the basement.

    Kaitlyn2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful and beautiful space! I would recommend this for any couple coming to St Louis. Everything was within a 5-20 minute drive and the space is gorgeous. If you’re with a group, there wouldn’t be a lot of privacy because there aren’t doors to close to the two sleeping spaces, but it was perfect for a couple! The hosts stayed in touch with us and we loved the home so much. The bed was so comfortable and there was extra blankets, pillows, towels, and more for us. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely try to get the same place if we make it back to St Louis.

  • David and Emily’s place is very stylish yet still very comfortable and in a great location. It’s also in a pretty safe location which is big for me with having my teenage daughter and her friends staying there too and feeling safe leaving there to go out into STL. And speaking of STL they have the coolest floor mural that has the arch in it in the kitchen. I definitely would recommend staying there. You won’t be disappointed 👍🏻👍🏻

  • A GREAT place to stay. I was alone on business this trip and almost felt the space was wasted on me alone. This neighborhood would be a great place to take a walk in the evening...I am sorry it was wet and snowing when I was there.

    Joseph2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • You can expect a super comfy bed and AMAZING pillows! I got a fantastic sleep! It was a bit warm in the room but that may have been hormones ;). There was a fan in the closet that we used and it helped! This is a historic home and is super cool.

  • Brandon's Place is sparkling clean and extremely peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay. The next time I go to St. Louis I will definitely stay there.

Everything in the house is keyless entry, meaning you can come and go at any time you please with the keycode provided to you when you book your room. Barack Obama flew in Pi’s chef for his inauguration festivities, and that guy had a lot of chicago options. Bar Italia (100) - Higher quality Italian restaurant. • Simon’s place is awesome! It’s very chic and styled perfectly! Simon is awesome! He’s a friendly talker, and super smart. He made sure that I was having a good stay, and he accomplished it and then some. If I ever find myself in St. Louis again, I’d rebook in a heartbeat.

    Shane2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Simon was a great host, he always answered my questions super quickly and gave us great tips when we arrived, which is worth seeing. The entire apartment is decorated in a very chic style & the room is very large & spacious. The private bathroom is right next to the room and there is free parking on the property. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. A self-check-in is possible at any time thanks to a code lock on the front door. Simon is very friendly, funny and humorous, we sat together one evening and had a lot of fun. The entire property was spotlessly clean, I highly recommend it.

Historical neighborhood in the heart of Central West End. Very friendly and diverse neighborhood.
  • This was the best Airbnb experience I have had in a while! David’s communication was spot on and I knew exactly what to expect. The bedroom was large and stylish and the bed extremely comfortable. In the midst of Covid-19 anxiety, I felt I was in a very clean, safe place to stay while I was here for work. The only thing I wish I’d done differently was to take him up on his offer to reserve a parking spot behind his building, which I saw too late to take action. Because I arrived quite late, I ended up with street parking that was quite a distance away which only felt a bit weird as I’m a single female traveling alone. The neighborhood felt safe...it was just me feeling a bit squeamish at that late hour. Other than that, the place was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!

    Patricia2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • David’s place was absolutely just perfect for me. I’m not one who cares if there’s a coffee maker in my room, but this had THE most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in (I need to get one myself), had two desks, one with the most comfortable chair ever, and the fluffiest towels I have seen in any Airbnb. It was roomier than it looked in the pictures and had two closets. Extremely easy check-in (no need to set specific arrival times, etc. – it was simply a keypad). Most things are walkable, including the Children’s Hospital which was the reason I was there, and it was quiet enough to get some work done when time was afforded. Overall one of my favorite places I have stayed with Airbnb, and I have stayed in many. I will definitely look this one up next time I visit!

    Lisa2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location for a weekend getaway in the city. Street parking available out front

    Susy2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • David is very responsive and will answer any questions you might have, I highly recommend him!

    Cesar2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • A nice large and clean room, with a very comfortable bed. Shared bathroom was nice and clean, and the shared mini-fridge was a thoughtful addition. Electronic locks made it quite easy to get in.

    Kate2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • David’s place was beyond expectations! Super clean, quiet and cozy. Located in a great area with a lot of nearby attractions. I had an issue with getting into my room, however David quickly responded and fixed it in a matter of seconds—beyond grateful as I was exhausted from driving all day! Will definitely stay again!

    Javier2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • One can reasonably assume that with Airbnb the place you choose will be clean, this was past clean - it was spotless. Bathrooms were prefect. But what was even better was the perfect location. I have never been to St Louis and was taken by this amazing cool neighborhood. I could basically park my car and walk to Whole Foods Market, the Shake Shack, Washington U, IKEA and many restaurants and bars. A great place to just walk around and see the amazing places and homes.

Recently rehabbed cozy little two story house in The Holly Hills neighborhood in South Saint Louis. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all on the first floor. The kitchen is fully furnished. The second floor houses the bedroom. There is a fenced in yard for your furry friend.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We do not charge a cleaning fee so we ask you to leave this space as you found it. We take care of the laundry, empty the trash and thoroughly clean the house between guests. We ask that you, wash and dry all dishes and return them to where you found them. Please clean up after yourself, your kids and your pets. Cleaning supplies are in the cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The broom is the utility closet and the vacuum cleaner is in the closet under the steps. If you have an excess amount of trash, please put it in the brown dumpster in the alley behind the house. Recyclables can be placed in the blue dumpster further down the alley. Thank you for choosing The Little House. Please treat the space and my neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
