This beautiful apartment is on the 7th floor of a very quiet and well-kept residential complex in the beautiful three-country town of Passau. There is plenty of free parking in front of the house for cars or bicycles. By car, you can reach the main train station in 9 minutes. By city bus 8/9/K3 ( walking distance to the stop about 7-10 minutes) or by bike along the Inn you can get directly to the city center. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

Christine was an amazing host. We did not meet her in person, but Christine was very friendly and accommodating. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is practically at your doorstep and in a good 15 minutes you can get to the city center. The place is nicely decorated and you feel right at home. The large balcony is nice and cozy. Thank you for everything :)

We have stayed in many airbnbs. This was one of our very favorites. The apartment is spacious and light and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was superb. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation. We would change nothing about our stay, and are already making plans to stay here again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Teresa and her family were extremely welcoming and helpful and our arrival was super easy. Would highly recommend if you are cycling as it is on the bike route and a secure area for our bikes was provided. We didn’t need them as it is easy walking to the main attractions. It also had a nice view of the river! Passau is definitely worth at least a two to three night stay.
