Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Fantastic one bedroom apartment with full bath and kitchen located Downtown Ottawa Kansas on the Prairie Spirit Trail. There is only one bed in the apartment but plenty of space for sleeping bags. Just let us know how many are coming. We are in the process of redecorating this little mid century gem into a 50’s western theme. Please bear with us for the mix mash of styles while we finish up. Lots of Antique Shopping within walking distance. Walk to dinner and enjoy this victorian city.

The Hickory House

Quaint vintage, eclectic bungalow on brick street with private parking. Wifi, comfortable common spaces, a stocked kitchen, quality beds & linens. Home is situated only blocks from Ottawa University and downtown. University parents can easily walk to campus, downtown restaurants and shopping, and City Park. This was once my grandmothers home. The vintage décor leans towards " eclectic". The house has refinished floors, all new paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. No pets allowed.

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
