The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishes, no stove and no Oven. Streaming TV. The WiFi is suitable for home office use. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
