Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred. The swimming pool is open mid May-mid Sept. We ourselves live right next door and although we respect your privacy, we are always here to answer any questions you might have!

Högåsstugan is a 25 m2 guest house located on our quiet lot in central Knivsta. The house was newly built in 2020 and includes all of the modern amenities. It is a short walk (12 minutes) to the train station which takes you to Stockholm (30 minutes) or Uppsala (10 mins). There is a very nice ICA grocery store (8 min walk) and a small nature preserve (5 min walk) close by.
