Welcome to Skadevi Herrgård! Here you will find a cozy courtyard from 1929 with a total of 325 sqm, divided into 10 rooms. With a private location and a 7,000 sqm plot at the edge of the forest, there is plenty of room for activities. The house is perfect for larger groups, whether you want to celebrate something special over a weekend or gather family and friends for a lovely week together. Enjoy magical lake views and beautiful nature in this charming historic cottage that is reflected in the lake. Perfect for relaxation and recreation. A large private garden with several cozy patios. Meadows, forest, and open fields are uniquely framed by the lake. Enjoy walks in the beautiful surroundings among horses and alpacas. Fast fiber connection enables remote work. There is something to appreciate here all year round. Located 40 minutes from Stockholm/Uppsala. There is also a private boat and a private dock.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Lófi Cottage: Small house on the Upplands Way

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a newly built (2022) small house close to the Upplands Way (Upplandsleden) hiking trail, and the Lunsen nature reserve with walking trails and beautiful scenery. Only 12 minute drive to Knivsta, or 25 minute drive to central Uppsala. 2.3 km to the nearest bus stop. New deck installed August 2024. Outside space/garden has not yet been landscaped. However, beautiful views, forest and walking trails are right on your door.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

The property is located in Knivsta Centrum about 100m from Knivsta commuter train station. With UL: 8 minutes to Uppsala Central Station. With SJ and Mälartåg: 27 mins to Stockholm Central Station. The Attefall house is completely secluded from the main property with its own driveway and outdoor area. Inside, you'll find all permanent housing facilities. Level 1 is about 25 sqm and the sleeping loft on level 2 is about 10 sqm. Balcony about 20 sqm

Take a peaceful time-out for two and enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of Swedish nature. Despite the calm surroundings, the location is conveniently accessible, just a 25-minute drive from Arlanda Airport and 20 minutes from Uppsala City. In the surrounding area, there are a few walking and hiking options reachable within a short distance on foot. A lake with a jetty and opportunities for a refreshing swim is also just a few minutes away.

Quiet location close to nature, also perfect for a relaxing stay near Stockholm. When booking for 5 people, we recommend only overnight stays, not longer stays.

This elegant accommodation is perfect for group trips. 60 meters to the bus stop, 3 km to the train station, it is located between Uppsala and Stockholm. Lake and swimming area were nearby. 20 minutes to Arlanda airport. The customer can be picked up and dropped off at Arlanda airport. There is a car for rent if the customer needs it. Free car parking for 4 cars is also included.

Högåsstugan

Högåsstugan is a 25 m2 guest house located on our quiet lot in central Knivsta. The house was newly built in 2020 and includes all of the modern amenities. It is a short walk (12 minutes) to the train station which takes you to Stockholm (30 minutes) or Uppsala (10 mins). There is a very nice ICA grocery store (8 min walk) and a small nature preserve (5 min walk) close by.
