Separate attic apartment with approx. 53m², which is reached via a common staircase in our terraced house. The bright apartment has 2 ZKB +WC. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 160x200cm. In the bathroom is a shower + wardrobe and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally furnished: 4-plate induction cooker, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house and can be used for 6 people. The old town is 5 minutes away on foot and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since we live in the same house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)
