We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Welcome to Neuwied! 🌿 We (Lukas & Britta) have lovingly converted our former double garage into a modern, 80 m² apartment with its own garden, large terrace, separate entrance and parking space. Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to the central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right outside the door and the high level of comfort.

The small apartment

Our "small apartment" offers a cozy and stylish overnight stay for up to two people. Here you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the wonderful view of the Drachenfels from the dining table. The bathroom is located one staircase below. There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.
