The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Affordable, separately located accommodation in a converted basement. Height approx. 2.05 m, so not for TALL people. Two separate bedrooms with beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm), TV and seating. The 3rd room provides access to the toilet and bathtub... There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, a small oven and 2 induction hobs for warming up food and preparing small meals. Comfortable, and each room has cable TV. Senseo coffee maker and kettle.

Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the apartments as we would like for our vacation. A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace, a spacious bathroom, a sauna, a box spring bed in the master bedroom and a box spring bed in the second bedroom. The apartment has one of the most beautiful balconies in the Middle Moselle. We also provide you with electric bikes to explore our beautiful landscape.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
