Living in the old village school house

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can take a mountain bike or walk directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest rock can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shops and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Several well-known but also unknown and mysterious hiking trails await an encounter with them. The nearby rocks let the fingers of every climbing tickle. MTB tours experience a stimulating starting point at the height of the fireplace. Parking is available right outside the front door and in the house entrance.

Your holiday in the 45-square-meter modern and lovingly furnished apartment. It is on the ground floor and has direct access to the forest. It has a bedroom with double bed, the living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.

The slightly different room

This unique place to stay is a great place to stay close by, making it easy to plan your stay. Ideal for a relaxing overnight stay after a strenuous hike or bike ride. However, the really small room is not suitable for a longer stay because there is no TV or, for example, a comfortable sofa. The spacious double bed is right at the entrance and almost fills the room (see pictures)
