The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.

You will have breakfast on a spacious roof terrace overlooking Freiburg Minster and the Black Forest. The bedrooms are rustic gables and turrets, and because of the sloping roofs CANNOT be locked by doors.
