Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Family-friendly cottage close to beach

Lovely bright cottage with sunny covered terrace. Living room and fully equipped kitchen in one as well as three smaller rooms, one with double bed (140x200) and two with bunk beds, which are best suited for children. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. If it rains, there are plenty of toys, games, and books. TV in the living room with Apple TV, Netflix, Disney+ etc. In the garden there is a good trampoline and the beach is only 10 min. away on foot. We expect you to leave the house neat and tidy. Consumption incl. in the rent.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Rental prices are excluding consumption, charged for spent water and electricity. Consumption is charged after the end of the stay through Airbnb. Romantic annex in the heart of Marielyst

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. See comment under other information

Wonderfully bright holiday home close to the forest and beach

Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

Small, cozy, family-friendly summer house on closed land with old trees 550 meters from one of Denmark's best (child-friendly) beaches. The house has a cozy alcove, perfect for reading books, watching dvd movies (classics for kids and adults). The garden offers a trampoline, playhouse and sandbox, as well as a covered terrace. The house includes bicycles, so you can bike a ride in Bøtøskoven, where there are wild horses! Bring your own bed linens and towels You are expected to clean yourself after the stay.

The large and closed garden invites you to enjoy, play, and relaxation. The Baltic Sea's distant roar and the birds' singing will be your daily background music. The house is ideal for a family holiday or weekend, as well as a work stay in peace and quiet. The house is cleaned upon arrival – therefore a mandatory cleaning fee.

There are 2 terraces - one open in front, and one covered from the bedroom. There are shrubs and trees that screen the whole house around. In this lovely holiday town you will find the most beautiful tranquility and nature. Spend your summer days with long walks on the beach and barbecue at night on the terrace.

The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time.
