Very good address, do not hesitate!

The accommodation is well equipped, nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable. Cleanliness and hospitality were also great. From the pool you can see the sea which is great. It is 7 minutes by scooter to the beach and 15 minutes to the Misano World Circuit. We will come back.

Spacious, beautifully furnished apartment for four people. The apartment was clean, the pool surprisingly large and the equipment very extensive. The hosts are super friendly and reliable. On foot you need 20 minutes to the sea, the accommodation is located on the mountain. That's why a car is necessary. We had a great week and we can only recommend the place!

We had a very nice time in Riccione. Already on our arrival we were greeted by Daniele very friendly. The house is as described very well equipped and was very clean. Our children were especially from the pool very enthusiastic :) We could enjoy the holiday and would gladly come back.

We stayed at Guido's house the two central weeks of August, two adults and two children. House equipped with all comforts, as described. The residence where the house is located is really very nice and very nice. The house is very well furnished and is also very functional. Daniele is really very kind and always available for any need and Guido is a very helpful and quick host. Although the house is near the discos of Riccione, closing the windows is well insulated and the air conditioning in the rooms allows you to sleep very well. It is close to the center and to more supermarkets. If you bring bicycles there is a pedestrian path up to Viale Ceccarini, only that the last piece is rather uphill, so we organized ourselves leaving the bikes at the base of the climb and we did up and down with the car. Outside the residence there is parking without problems on the street, however a covered parking space is available for guests. We also used the pool, very pretty and never too crowded. Our experience has been very positive indeed!

Very clean, quiet and with a great view

Danielle was a great host. We were able to reach him with questions around the clock. The house was beautiful and very clean. Even extra blankets for cold days were thought. He even brought us sugar when we forgot it while shopping. Danielle took us to nearby restaurants.

I spent two days with my girlfriend on Valentine's Day in the penthouse. The house is truly elegant and the furnishings are studied in detail. It has a large terrace with deck chairs, chairs and tables also excellent for romantic breakfasts and dinners. Cleanliness and courtesy of Cristina impeccable. Perfect position to go to visit Gradara, as in our case, or in summer to go to the sea. We highly recommend it and if it happens we would happily return!

The accommodation is large and well organized, we comfortably slept in 6. For those who want to make a stay by the sea it is certainly an excellent location. Communication with Claudia was perfect, with quick answers, precise and always friendly instructions!

Claudia very helpful and kind. Accommodation in fantastic location and well cleaned. We found it perfectly heated and with all the necessary essentials. The double bathroom with shower and the second large bedroom with double TV allows you to live well and with your own spaces even for 5 or 6 people. Absolutely recommended!

The location is a 2 minute e walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and offered a beautiful terrace. We are 6 friends and we spent the May 1st bridge at Fabio's house and we had a great time. The house is very spacious and clean. His wife Monica welcomed us, and he met us as soon as we arrived in Riccione. The house has a private garage in which there are two cars comfortably. It is located in the discos area of Riccione, about 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. The front garden is convenient for an outdoor breakfast. Also recommended for longer stays and for large families.

Enrica is a sunny person, well organized and efficient. These three elements make the stay very pleasant together with a very well arranged and renovated house with care and practicality. It is perceived that he is keen on making his guests feel good. The rooms both have dedicated bathrooms, very very comfortable. The distance from the sea is minimal and therefore the combined house / sea fits perfectly. All very pleasant.

The apartment is a bit small for 4 people. But it's not the host's fault. we knew this before we left. otherwise it was fantastic. well organised. Signets Marina, who organized everything on the spot, was very kind and helpful. The washing machine broke on the first day. A drama with two children. But it didn't take a day and we had a new one. I can only recommend Fra.

Near the center but far enough away to have peace and silence. Convenient to reach even if you are traveling by train. I add a pastry shop open before dawn to eat a donut or croissant before going to sleep.

The apartment is located in a beautiful place, stunning sunrises and sunsets in the morning and in the evening. However, due to the lack of public transport, it is not so easy to get there, about 40 minutes on foot downhill from the city of Catholic, as well as parking is not easy, I saw only paid places nearby. Almost everything is good around the house, you can spend the night and cook, washing only by hand and my boiler was leaking a little. With children, it seems to me that it will not be very convenient, but as a place to start trips around the neighborhood it is very suitable. Near Rimini, San Marino, Urbino. In general, if you need a place for a respite on a trip, then this apartment is quite suitable for this.

They fell into a ridiculous situation, slammed the door, and left the keys and phone inside. We were helped by friendly neighbors: they called Roberto, calmed us down and offered to drink coffee in anticipation of Roberto's arrival. We stayed at the Blue Cat for a week in August. The B&B is very nice, refined furnishings and inside you will find everything you need. It is a stone's throw from the port and the beaches, which has agreements with both bathrooms and local restaurants. Giorgia is a very kind and super helpful person. We had a great time!

We highly recommend this accommodation, it was very clean and the blu room which we stayed in was very cozy. The hosts were very kind and friendly and even though we had a little trouble communicating sometimes because the hosts spoke just a little english we understood each other well. The location is amazing only like 4 min away from the sea, there are many restaurants, grocery store, pastry shop and even a laundry place nearby. What was especially great was that we got a discount for some of the restaurants and beach loungers. One of the negatives was that on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay there were doing some construction work (we didnt know about) for 2 hours on the top floor and it was very loud. The host didnt know about it too and she apologised so it was not that big a deal. The other negative was that the bathroom which we had to leave our room to get in, had no window so it was very humid in there, but other than that it was a real nice experience and we are eager to come back some other time. :)

Our room was in the attic of a mid-sized family-run hotel. At first I was worried about the heat, but the air conditioning was quiet and strong, so the room was always comfortably tempered. Great view from the balcony. Very nice, helpful staff. Nice roof terrace with good kitchen and delicious wines in the evening. We will gladly come back.

Very good location, walking distance from the sea and the village center, 10 min from Misano Circuit (I went there for the moto GP) and very easy to find and access. One attention point: the location is in a ZTL (restricted area), it seems it was not activated during my stay, but in case it is in the future, it has to be anticipated to avoid a (big) fine.

Martina does not contradict in any way the tradition of hospitality of the Romagna Riviera, even if technically we are already one step ahead of the brands. It was a great house for a family.. it was very close to the theatre where we should have to go for the competition..house was clean .. there was a room for kids.. there is everything in the house for our needs.

I thank Claudia for the availability and clarity in illustrating the details of the house and the points of interest of Cattolica. The house is really spacious, more than I expected and equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen in particular is full of cooking tools and all the necessities that are usually missing when you arrive (oil, salt, spices in general, water, pasta, tea, coffee, sugar, etc.). The two very comfortable bathrooms and in general the whole apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Honorable mention to the dishwasher: not only is it unusual to find it in an airbnb apartment but it was even a dishwasher lady. Highly recommended.

Wonderful three weeks in a beautiful house! The hearty Claudia met us. The house is located in an excellent location - quiet neighbors, within walking distance (2-4 minutes walk), two shops, 8 minutes walk to the railway station, about 10 minutes to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped - a lot of different dishes, an excellent grill in the oven. Cozy bedrooms. Several interchangeable sets of linen and many towels. Claudia was always in touch and answered quickly. On the day of our departure, she presented us with a very tasty pie! Claudia, thanks a lot again! Appreciates your concern and hospitality.

Marcos place was wonderful! It was a great location, easy walking to the town center. Close also to several things to see nearby. We had a car since we drove from Rome and found parking to be a bit of a challenge at times - bike rentals would be fantastic here. We came for the motogp race at Misano. We ended up walking to the race because buses and trams were estimated at about an hour and a half, which was the same as walking. A long walk, but pretty and we had good weather. So whether you want to stay here and enjoy Cattolica, or come for the race, definitely recommend. The place was very clean, communication was quick, and amenities were all great.

Both Alberto and Franco are super nice and willing to help with any problem (not that I had any). The location is great to go to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean with a nice little porch and a great view of the Ocean and port.

Great place to stay at! Villa is very spacial with big separated rooms, two bathrooms and large leaving room with kitchen. Located in a quiet place, however it's about 2 minutes away from the beach. I would recommend it to everyone and definitely visit it once again.

The house is exactly as described: new house, with excellent finishes, a stone's throw from the sea and centrally located to all the activities of sea gabicce (commercial and tourist). Great hospitality and friendliness.

We spend great days in Gabbice Mare and would recommend the apartment to everyone. The apartment was central located (within a very short distance to the sea), clean and moreover the host was very friendly and obliging. :-)

We stayed for the second time in February, we had a great time as in September, we will definitely be back, it deserves.

Many thanks to Alessia and Mrs. Carla for the hospitality. We have been very very well. We were two and two dogs, also very well received. The house is small but very cute, equipped with everything you need. The apartment is welcoming and quickly warms up, guaranteeing excellent comfort. The comfortable bed. In the surroundings there is a delightful marina and also a very nice beach. We had the opportunity to talk to the managers of several bars and restaurants in Portoverde and everyone was very affectionate and welcoming. The dishes were not very clean but I think this is not attributable to Alessia or Carla, rather to those who have used the dishes previously and have not cleaned properly. So overall the structure is highly recommended and we plan to go back because we had a great time.

Apartment is just as it looks like on the photos. Only thing to notice is that the couch in the living room is not actually usable. Overall I recommend, great experience.

Excellent location, very nice house, free indoor parking. Super recommended for people like us who travel with animals. The only flaw is the air conditioning, fundamental with 30 degrees at night ... For the rest, everything is super.

The check in was very good and Carla welcomed us very nicely and gave us great tips. The location of the apartment is a dream and the area is beautiful. There are even two bikes that you can use. The only thing I have to complain about is the cleanliness in the apartment and the worn furniture. The hostess should simply invest again. In itself, spent a nice holiday and I would come back despite the partially absent cleanliness.

Beautiful house with a wonderful view. In the house there is everything from air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, beautiful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Two rather spacious terraces where you can enjoy the sea view. The house is located at the port 5 minutes walk from the bathrooms. Recommended!

Paola is a kind and attentive host, the house is comfortable, well heated as we have been there in the winter, and in a good position to visit places of art and naturalistic interest.

Paola has always been kind, helpful and perfect in checking in. We found the house always very hot with radiators turned on even in the late hours and very clean. Two very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Perfect accommodation for my business trip

We found ourselves very well, Ms Paola was really welcoming and helpful. The house is well maintained, clean and equipped with all the necessities (the gem is the disposable slippers). We found an abundant breakfast: croissants, biscuits, yogurt, herbal teas, jams and fruit juice. The location is perfect because close to the center and the beach We would definitely go back there !!!

We came back again, and we can still reiterate as the first time, how relaxing, comfortable and nice the apartment is for everyone family, singles etc ... (not to mention the perfect cleaning!) STRACONSIGLIATO !!!

We stopped for a brief stop from the return of the holidays. We stayed in the fuego room, well maintained, clean and with an exceptional sea view. We had dinner in the "Mare Mosso" restaurant inside the hotel, which we recommend to try for the freshness of the fish and the beauty of the dishes.
