The Klara apartment (42 square meters) is suitable for 2-3 people and is located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building in a quiet, central location. The apartment has a living/sleeping room with a double bed (160 cm), cozy "reading armchairs," flat-screen TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi and parquet flooring. In addition, you will find a small, fully equipped kitchenette with coffee pad machine, toaster, 4-burner stove and oven, a dining area, a spacious bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a large covered south balcony with beautiful seating. An additional armchair bed is available for the third person as a sleeping accommodation. A travel crib is available for small children. The apartment also has an underground parking space in the house, which can be booked. The Klara apartment is a non-smoking apartment - in the interest of everyone, we ask guests not to smoke in the apartment. The central location of the apartment and its proximity to the train station make a car unnecessary. 5 minutes' walk to the main train station and tram and 10 minutes to the city center, the university hospitals and the university – this central location is unbeatable in Freiburg. Nevertheless, you will stay in Klarastraße quietly and green. An urban district full of life with a special flair, this is how the Stühlinger district in the heart of Freiburg presents itself. All amenities are practically around the corner - several bakers, butchers, supermarkets, a newsstand, laundromat, etc. On Wednesday and Saturday there is a farmers' market. The varied pub scene is mainly student-oriented and correspondingly inexpensive.
