The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Unfortunately, we are currently only allowed to accommodate guests in accordance with the 2G rule. As of 01/22/2022

The border triangle offers a wide range of activities related to nature (Black Forest, vineyards, Rhine plain, ...), culture (wine, theater, museums,...), cuisine and sights of all three countries.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Discover many small details and refinements in the completely self-designed and restored premises. Feel completely at ease - surrounded by natural materials and lush nature. Welcome to our charming, level apartment with its own house entrance – perfect for a relaxing stay. A special highlight is the adjacent meadow with gazebo – ideal for a cozy breakfast in the open. Whether for a weekend or a longer stay – here you can feel at home.

Various hiking trails invite you to hike or biking.
