Lovely log house with 3 rooms/ 7 beds. Located on large and uncrowded land at the end of a closed road, only 900m from the beautiful beach. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Modern and relaxed décor and ceiling for kip gives a great room feeling. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well insulated with nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Attention: Bring your own bed linen/towels or rent it when you book.

Newly renovated bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with corner sofa. The house is heated with heat pump (air to air). There is Wifi in the home. The town offers two groceries shops (Netto & Super Brugsen), pizzaria, cafe and restaurant. By the beach there is a nice jetty. Bedding with freshly laundered linens. "Havhuset" is a newly built wooden house in a great location, just a few meters from the sea and a really good sandy beach. The house is cozy and simply furnished and has a lovely light. It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.

There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too.
