We stayed overnight on our way to France. Getting to Dover from there was easy. Steve was a great host. He advised us on places to go and even offered to drive us to the pub. The place was clean and sufficient for our needs. I would recommend with no hesitation.

Character 18th Century annexe in tranquil village

JonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I stayed one night with my wife and daughter, after travelling down from Sheffield and before leaving for France the next day. Initially, I was going to book two rooms at a Premier Inn in Ashford until I stumbled upon this hidden gem. It suited our needs perfectly and, what's more, the fee included a selection of breakfast items so we didnt have to worry about finding somewhere to eat before catching our ferry. The accommodation is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful village, the perfect place to relax after our long motorway journey. I would definitely have liked to have stayed here longer. Thank you to our host, Sally, for making our stay a most pleasant one.

A truly magical experience! The hosts put so much heart into making sure we felt right at home. The house has everything you could possibly need, and every little detail is so thoughtfully taken care of. You can really feel how much love and effort went into creating this place – it’s absolutely beautiful. We had such a special time here, and we’re heading back home relaxed, happy, and full of good energy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful memories. Karolina, Greg and Piotrek

Jan was a great host, really approachable and friendly. We came by train and she went above and beyond to make things easier. The space was clean and tidy but had pretty much everything we needed. West Blean woods is virtually on the doorstep. Getting into town is fairly straightforward.
