Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. As a contrast to the historic wooden facade, we have designed the furnishings modern and cozy. Our apartment 1 is on the first floor of the building and is about 50sqm in size. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture with private seating area and barbecue facilities. The views of the castle and the Ilsetal valley are picturesque.

Our primarily family-oriented apartment is located in the center of the spa town of Braunlage, and is only 5 minutes away by car from the Wurmbergbahn. Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.
