The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Welcome to Wernigerode in the Harz! We look forward to welcoming you to our elaborately renovated apartment - only a five-minute walk from the old town. We have put a lot of emphasis on an ecological construction with clay bricks, clay plaster and wood fiber insulation. Free parking on public street in front of the house. On request and availability, bicycles can park/load in the yard. Our apartment is exclusively for adults (max. two, from 18 years) and cannot be booked for children.

The apartment is in the heart of Wernigerode. Tours are possible in all directions. Cyclists are welcome. The apartment is for max. 2 people. It is located about 5 minutes' walk from the center. A stop for the city bus is about 30 meters away. The apartment is a self-contained apartment and is on the ground floor. No car parking space available. ATTENTION! The apartment is located on Federal Highway 244. Unfortunately, traffic noise is also to be expected during peak hours.

We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

The apartment "Blumenuhr" at Kohlmarkt is located in the heart of the "colorful city" of Wernigerode and is located on the first floor of our historic half-timbered quarter. This apartment is ideal for families with two children and has full amenities for you. The apartment has one double bedroom and one room with two single beds. You will find plenty of space for your luggage in the spacious cabinets.

The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is about 400 meters away.
