The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'Guest access') simplify the stay.

It has a small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee maker (Senseo) and kettle, as well as some dishes, cutlery and glasses. The smart TV has the option of streaming (via your own account) and satellite reception. And the balcony with seating area has a great mountain view.
