Multiple restaurants, bakeries, and local bars create a community feel. - Self check in and check out with lockbox and keypad access. - Security camera on-premise outside the unit for guest's safety. Camera locations: outside above garage door, outside AirBnb front entrance on stairway, outside backyard door. REMARK: We live upstairs and have young kids. We are active and will make noise during 6:30am-9am and 5pm-9pm during school days. During weekends we may be home more. We would love to host you if you do not mind the family noises. If you are a light sleeper and would prefer to have completely quiet mornings, you may not enjoy your stay with us. We have done our best to disclose the info in many ways possible; hence, we would appreciate if you don't write us a negative review because of this. Guest can use TV in the private living room with Chromecast and local stations. Counter bar features mini refrigerator with freezer function, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The available space is for indoor one bedroom suite only. Outdoor deck is not part of the guest access. NO ACCESS ON: Backyard Laundry Grill We want to make sure you are enjoying your stay. If you have any problems or concerns, we are just upstairs. My husband grew up in San Francisco, so if you need any recommendations, we've got plenty. We are always just a phone call, text or email away. This Miraloma Park neighborhood offers Twin Peak views, with Mount Davidson and Glen Canyon Park trails for trekking. A supermarket, Muni, and BART are within easy reach. The location is a hidden secret yielding suburban residential vibe yet is conveniently located providing fast trip to most attractions in the city. Ask the hosts, who've lived in the city for decades, for inside information on attractions. Transportation: - Buses: 36, 44, 43 buses are within walking distance (either across the street or 1 block away) - Lightrail (Muni): The Forest Hill Muni Station is a 15 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride. Muni will get you most places including downtown, the Castro, Embarcadero, Civic Center (Symphony, Jazz, Opera, Asian Art Museum, and many more), Exploratorium, Pier 39, and the Ferry Building. - BART (Subway): Glen Park BART Station (30 minutes walk / less than 10 minutes by bus) will let you go to most places in the Bay Area including San Francisco airport, or the east bay. Note: The 44 bus will also take you to the Richmond area through Golden Gate Park (where Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, California Academy of Science and De Young Museum are located). The 43 bus will take you north to Marina area for an upscale neighborhood stroll. UBER or LYFT can be a good way to get around as well. Noise disclosures: We have a 2 younger children and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends. We also do our cleaning on Mondays between 12pm-4pm. There will be some noise during the cleaning (washer/dryer/vacuum cleaner). We have a 6 year old and a 3 year old and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed).
