Vacation rentals with a pool in Russian River

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

This was a beautifully designed and comfortable home. Kitchen fun to cook in! Comfortable bedrooms. Swanky showers, fireplace. Very peaceful. Quiet. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking, unobstructed views of a vineyard, Lower Lake, and the surrounding mountains. The infinity pool and hot tub were highlights of our trip, making the experience even more special. The home itself is thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully placed to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cutlery and cookware needed to prepare family meals with ease. We particularly enjoyed spotting wildlife during our stay—deer, hummingbirds, and a variety of other birds added to the serene atmosphere. Being perched on a hill, the property feels wonderfully private and peaceful. It was the perfect retreat for our family, including two kids. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’re looking forward to visiting again whenever we get the chance. Highly recommend this property!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. We had a wonderful stay at Chantelle's home. The location is ideal--tucked away on a quiet street and only 5 minutes away from Sonoma Square. We absolutely plan to rent her home again--it's perfect!

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great place, great location, perfect amenities. Used the pool, workout room and quick drives to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Perfect for a family of 6!

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Our stay was really nice overall! I highly recommend this listing for anyone with kids. There were multiple pools with with kiddie pools (1 foot deep) and several hot tubs located throughout the resort property. There’s also a restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the layout of the units we stayed in which is that the window to the bedroom with the two twins (where I had planned to have my children sleep) has a big window that faces out into the walkway. Our unit was street facing so anyone could come into the resort. The window locked and honestly the resort felt like it was in a fairly safe area so not a deal breaker, I just think it’s worth noting. Other than that, the unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! This is a timeshare so they did ask if I wanted to sit in on a presentation but I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place with a short walk to the lake. The lobby has a pool table, arcade, etc. A flock of ducks roam around and comes up to the sliding glass door asking for bread which was pretty cool. Good place to stay!

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall

The place is big enough for 5 to 6 people but I think there is a restriction. The bed in the living area can easily fit 2 and king bed can fit 3 people like us!! Very spacious kitchen and loving dining. Bonus was the laundry. Very helpful after a day in the pool…. Great stay!! Definitely will recommend!! If you want lake view you have to request earlier!! Just wanted to let you know!! That is what the resort told us!!
