Located in Mils (15 km from Innsbruck), this beautiful Tyrolean farmhouse is around 650 years old. From the outside, the listed historic building has a romantic appearance, while the mountain panorama in the background makes this charming property truly eye-catching. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a modern 75 m² apartment, fully renovated in 2015, as well as an approx. 20 m² terrace. This unique accommodation combines the charm of a historic farmhouse with a modern interior.

Starting from the apartment, you can reach 8 famous hiking destinations within short time. For example "Rumer Alm", "Arzler Alm" or "Thaurer Alm". In winter you can enjoy Skiing, sledging and many more activities. Furthermore, the apartment holds traditional Tyrolean furniture, which makes the place very cozy. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
